Ollie Craig heads out into the Hauraki Gulf for a spring spearfishing mission in search of Yellowtail Kingfish. With an early morning start, it doesn't take long before he chances upon a school of Kingfish swimming around a reef, but most of them are on the small side. Make sure to watch to the end for some bonus tips on filleting and smoking fish.
