We are entering into the next phase of our growth journey as we step up our marketing presence in Australia, implement exciting new brand strategies, and continue to engineer high-quality gear for our customers. As a result, we are seeking a CMO to provide the leadership, oversight, and delivery of Bushbuck’s marketing function.

You will already be a highly experienced marketing leader with expertise across comms development, social media, search, digital advertising and e-commerce, and know how to get the most out of external partners. 

You will have a strong understanding of growing a global e-commerce brand and experience partnering with distribution partners to lift brand presence. You will lead the execution of our marketing strategy to drive brand equity, shopper recruitment and sales growth.

Reporting to the CEO, this key role sits within the senior leadership team, responsible for developing and growing our marketing team and having full accountability for the global marketing initiatives and brand strategies. We are a small business, so the ability to roll up your sleeves and ‘get your hands dirty’ is essential.
