Product Developer (Apparel & Equipment) and Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced and talented individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer and Product Developer.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product (apparel & equipment) Design or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in product design (apparel or equipment) and development, or graphic design and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of product development processes, project management methodologies, e-commerce platforms, design thinking and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, and other design and development tools (PLM).

As the Graphic Designer and Product Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products from product research, conceptualization, prototyping to testing and implementation. You will manage product development processes, including project management, tech pack generation, defining product roadmaps, and carrying out product launches. This also includes managing suppliers and the relationships with them.
You will create visually stunning designs for marketing materials such as social media posts, EDM, newsletters, brochures, packaging, and website assets. You will develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns, conduct market research, and analyse consumer trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement. You will provide input for marketing collateral development and drive ongoing improvement in sales and profitability.
You will be responsible for setting up products on the Shopify platform and managing all updates and changes. You will update the website to mirror campaigns. You will also work with our EDM and Loyalty & Review software, meeting with account managers to maximise output, setting up email flows and reviewing analytics.
You will plan and control change, manage quality assurance programs, research new technologies, and alternative methods of efficiency, assist in setting and reviewing budgets, and help oversee inventory and distribution of goods.
